It was learnt that Oyegun made the
declaration while dismissing allegation by the Ekiti state Governor, Ayo Fayose
who said that Buhari was on life support since June 6.
Chief John Oyegun while featuring on
Channels television maintained that Buhari is not on “life support” as claimed
by Ayo Fayose.
He said: “That is the governor of
Ekiti state when he talks you just discount it and move on. “We are not his
doctors but the reports we have are very good.
Oyegun said, “Fayose’s comment is a
most unfortunate thing. It is not ideal. Nobody wishes that on himself or on a
nation but he is recovering very strongly.”
Recall that President Muhammadu
Buhari had on May 7, traveled for his second medical vacation to London for follow
up treatment of an illness that both he and his handlers are yet to reveal to
Nigerians.
